Order and Delivery Timeframe: If you place an order by 2pm on a working day (Monday to Thursday), we aim to process and dispatch your order promptly. Our estimated delivery time for such orders is 3 working days (for the UK)

and 5 - 10 working days (for International) approximately from the date of the order. We use Royal Mail Post services.

Working Days: Please note that working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All items must be returned within a 14-day period.

Non-Returnable Item(s): Please note that cosmetic items are not returnable! Also, any items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
